Shipping

HD Skin currently ships within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All U.S. orders ship at a flat rate of $5.99. This flat-rate pricing helps keep shipping simple and predictable at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Shipping Times

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS. After your shipping confirmation email is received, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions. HD Skin is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

We will, however, gladly exchange any product that arrives defective or damaged, provided we are notified promptly after delivery. To request an exchange, please email hello@hdskindallas.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved exchanges will be handled as quickly as possible.
