Job Description, Operations Assistant
- Must be located in Dallas, TX
- 10-15 hours per week, subject to change as needed
- 1099 employment with competitive pay, quarterly free skincare stipend
Responsibilities
- Liaison between website POC ensuring all new products and services uploaded to website
- Create and upload liability forms into POS system
- Assist in writing monthly blog for website, email blasts and can utilize chat GPT
- Shoot content in office 1-2X per week
- Help oversee reporting and inventory in Shopify and Vagaro
- Handle shipping needs and customer care via online retail
- Pack orders placed online in office and drop off at USPS
- Assist with storefront ordering, organizing inventory and supplies in office
- Aid in responding to DM’s, emails, and all website inquiries
- Help in follow up with Virtual Clients
- Upload before and afters in client profiles
Required Skillset
- Self-starter – someone who takes ownership and initiative! Bring ideas to the table that improve the back end of HD Skin
- Strong organization skills required managing inventory and client interactions
- Writing skills – assist in content creation and external communication
- Creative – enjoys brand creation and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and customer-service oriented
- Some manual labor required moving inventory
- Passion for skincare and the aesthetics industry
- Must wear sunscreen every single day!
Education & Experience
- Preferred experience in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Advantage with experience in Shopify and/or Vagaro
- Previous professional employment preferred
- Social media experience preferred, knowledge in how to edit reels, shoot content, and assist in branding strategy
